Lara Evoy
Founding Partner
Lara Evoy is committed to peoples’ wellbeing. As a life-long learner, this has meant an ongoing curiosity on how to be in service and responsive to change. Her work with over 250+ organizations has brought perspective, and a real-time understanding of what is happening now, on the ground. Her approach interweaves mindfulness, embodied practices and participatory approaches rooted in empowerment/agency and self-expression.
Years in the field, have contributed to developing innovative capacity building tools, supporting change makers at every phase of their career through coaching and training, and implementing impactful social change initiatives. Lara holds a room with incredible care, poise and integrity. No tough discussion ruffles her feathers.
Stephanie Garrow
Founding Partner
Stephanie Garrow has led a 25-year career in the international development and social sectors with expertise in organizational strategy and leadership; impact evaluation; facilitation and coaching - all with a posture of deepening relationships across sectors and building capacity of leaders to affect change. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Policy from McGill University and an M.Ed. from Harvard University.
Her ability to listen, synthesize and carefully design and manage projects and knowledge mobilisation helps support social sector leaders’ strategic decision-making to optimize social impact. Stephanie connects with leaders as their thought partners with a relational approach, a depth of understanding of many sectors and a rigorous coaching toolbox.
Véronique Carbonneau
Partner - Associate
Véronique has over 15 years of experience in art, social innovation, education and philanthropy.
Her varied and multidisciplinary background makes her a key player in accompanying clients and designing graphically organizing complex thoughts throughout process.
An NLP coach, Véronique is driven by a creative force and has a fascination for people & social impact — which led her to working for non-profits in the social development sector in the first place.
Committed and passionate, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in creativity and innovation, in philanthropic management and in psycho-educational intervention from the University of Montreal.
